Use a razor knife to trim tops from bubbles or use a rough sandpaper 24 to 40 grit to create a cavity. After sanding the clean area with denatured or rubbing alcohol and a soft lint-free type cloth to remove any dust or sanding debris. Mix a small amount of Epoxy to fill the holes and let cure for 5 hours. You're now ready for another flood coat.
